Meeting of Money and Payment Systems Working Group

On 14 January 2013 there was held regular Money and payment systems Working group meeting. In the meeting there were discussed following issues:
1. Common procedure of redress of complaints in the context of the draft law „Law on introduction of euro”.
2. Report of the Ministry of Transport "About the 302 Post offices which ensure the changeover services in the euro introduction process".
3. Guidelines about the dual display issues of the postage stamps and about the exchange of the stamps to the euro nominal.
4. Discussion about the necessity to establish the sub-working group which would responsible for the issues of the euro front-loading and sub-frontloading.
5. Report of The Association of Commercial Banks of Latvia about the adjustment of the ATM for the introduction of the euro.
The next working group meeting is planned for 11 February 2013.
